Peter S. Biondo Sr., Retired Lt. C.F.D., age 87, at rest July 31, 2022, beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Miller). Loving father of Peter E., Retired Battalion Chief C.F.D. (Stacy Ivey), Barry, Lt. C.F.D. (Missy) and Tricia (Chuck) Soltys. Dearest grandfather of Justin, Joseph, Nicholas and Bridget Biondo; Katianne and Charlie Soltys. Dear brother of the late Angeline (the late William) Miller and Angelo (the late Marie) Biondo, Mary (the late Ralph) Frale, Marcy (the late Paul) Brown and Sally (the late Vince) Marino. Cherished son of the late Sante & Brigida Biondo. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Friday, 8:45am from RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen to St. Anthony Church, Mass 10am. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 3pm to 8pm. Peter was a member of St. Leo Alumni, past member of many organizations from St. Turibius Church and Visitation Parishes. So sorry to hear of Pete's passing. He was also such a friendly man. When he would come visit your house on Neenah he would always wave or say hello. I will keep him and the whole family in my prayers.

Uncle Pete, I want to thank you for a lifetime of dedication to Family, and Community. You lived an exemplary life that I can only hope to emulate. You will be so missed. I love you.
To Pete, Barry, Trish, and all your Family Members. I am so sorry for the loss of your Father & Grandfather. I know the gaping hole this leaves in your lives. I wish you all peace and love in this most trying of times.

We cannot commit to words about a gentleman and hero we never met. We are certain of your bravery to the many. We most recently hugged the few - the Younger Biondos. Sir, we are in awe and forever grateful. We are honored to know the Biondos. No monument or procession can rival those who inherited your name. It is our hope that you can hear our whispers from afar. To Barry, Missy and children, we extend our deepest sympathy.

Dear pete, sorry for your loss. The last time I saw your dad was with your brother barry at Mr. dalys funeral and he mention how he went to rose's hot dogs with you. Also, he remember to call me rita jean. What a nice man. Dave and I are sorry for your families lost.
