Peggy Nesbitt Obituary

Dear Robin, Reese and Rod,
I just heard of your mother's passing last month. I remember her as a vital, kind and caring woman. I know she raised three fine men. Blessings on the Nesbitt clan.

Dear Rod--You probably don't remember me, since I was in a lower grade at Parker, but I remember you and how kind you were to me. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I did not know her, but I can't help but think that your kindness to me many years ago in some hard moments came in part from her. I will keep your family in my prayers. Many blessings.

In kindergarten in the 1950s, I learned an important lesson from Mrs. Nesbitt: you could earn the respect of others while being kind.

When I came to Parker in 1964, Mrs Nesbitt immediately welcomed me into Reese's class. He and I became friends in part because of her - how could the son of such a wonderful person be anything but OK?
I have often thought of her as well as Reese and Rod and wondered what has happened to the Nesbitt clan and where all the time has gone.

REMEMBERING PEGGY: I REMEMBER FIRST MEETING PEGGY AND LENDOR WHEN THEY LIVED ON THE WEST SIDE ON WARREN BLVD, AND ON ALBANY. EVEN WITH THREE BOYS, PEGGY ALWAYS SEEMED TO KEEP COOL, CALM!! AND KEEP HER SWEET PERSONALITY TOGETHER!
