I miss you mom. There's an empty space, a numb feeling. I hope your space in heaven is perfect. If not, I'm sure you'll say something. Rest in peace mom, watch over us like you always did on earth. I love you mom. I wish you were still here.

As I get older, I realize how aunts and uncles help shape your life in many, often simple ways.
My favorite memories of Aunt Pauline are her homemade pound cake, how she never seemed to mind us running around her house when we were little kids, getting her coffee with an ice cube, and probably my favorite..Watching fireworks on the 4th of July --she would give you your very own firework. "This one is for...." I still do this today.
I will miss her.

I loved my grandma very much. You could talk to her about anything and she would listen to you. I know I will miss her more than I think I will. She was a great person to know and love.

Mom, you are loved by so many, thank-you for teaching me to always hold my head high, not to worry what other people think, that I could do anything I wanted, that family always comes first - always sticks together no matter what, "that the family that prays together stays together" and that service to others is a given. You were and remain my constant, my rock. Dont worry we'll take care of Dad. To all who were a part of my mom's life, thank-you she loved so many. She may at times have seemed to have a hard shell, yet be assured that her heart was filled with nothing but love and devotion for everyone she knew. Rest in peace mom, I love you and miss you.

My mother was a strong and loving woman. She fought until the end. She lived in pain for almost my entire life. Please remember her as a strong supporter of U.S. Veterans. She taught me to love this country and the veterans who fought for our freedom. I will miss her terribly.
