Think of you often Paulette. You were one of the best souls I ever had the honor of knowing.

Hello, MY NAME IS DEBORAH S. SHACKELFORD, I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH PAULETTE AND HER SISTER. MY DAUGHTER IS PAMELA H. WARREN (SPENCER) WHO WAS PAULETTES GODCHILD. WE LOST TOUCH OVER THE YEARS. Many things have occurred over time. I tried to make contact with Paulette, without success. I recently found our 1970 year book from Wells High School, so I looked her up in the internet. To my sadness, I had lost a friend. Paulette was a beautiful but quiet personal that imspired my music. I would love to hear from your family sometime. I remarried this year but retained my maiden name. Deborah S. Shackelford, RN. My ADDRESS IS 1818 S. CUYLER AVE. , BERYWN, IL. 60604 PHONE # 708-795-1083. I STILL HAVE THE 4 FOOT BROWN TEDDY BEAR THAT PAULETTE GAVE TO MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE WAS THREE YEARS OLD. MEMORIES THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET. I WILL MISS HER SO MUCH, AND HOPE TO MEET HER CHILDREN SOMEDAY. WE ACTUALLY PLAYED FOR THE OLD MAYOR DALEY ON CHRISTMAS EVE ONE TIME. MY SISTER PAMELA SHACKELFORD PASSED AWAY IN 1973 IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT, BUT I HAVE A PRECIOUS PHOTO OF THE THREE OF US IN OUT 1970 YEAR BOOK.

There are many words to express who Paulette was as a person. But the most important one was an ANGEL, in human flesh. She will always be in my heart and I will be for ever great-full to her ! My heart goes out to all that knew her .... its an unbelievable loss.

My mom Paulette was i Great person and she ALWAYS had here door open to everyone. She showed me alot and i Learned alot from her. i miss her very much.

I am so sorry to hear of Paulette's passing. Paulette was a frequent speaker at a number of my conferences. I found her warmth, kindness and generosity just some of the many wonderful qualities Paulette exhibited on a daily basis. I am very fortunate to have met and worked with Paulette. A true gem of a human being. One who I will never be forgotten as she touched everyone she connected with. My sincere sympathies to Paulette's family.

I am glad to have worked with Paulette. I don't think a lot of people knew of all the lives she touched outside. G-d bless her family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Paulette's spirit lives on and always will. Times she laughed, gave advice, or just listened echo in the memories of those whose lives she touched. In being remembered, her legacy will live on. May it comfort you to know that death cannot diminish the important ways Paulette touched our lives, that grief cannot take away the good times we shared, that sorrow will fade in time, but memories remain forever. Memories of Paulette fill our hearts, slowly mending us day by day. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family during this difficult time.

Paulette and I attended the same high school and was in concert band together. She was a burst of energy! Always in high spirits and striving for the best she could be. It's been many years since then, but I will always remember her this way. May she now find the same joys in the Kingdom of God. My sincere sympathies and prayers are with you and your family.

Though my contact with Paulette was brief and often work related, the private life she chose to live was a beacon of love. I think of her as a very down to earth Angel.

When I think of Paulette, she is one of only a few that really gave 110%. I did not think there was anything that would slow her down. I knew Paulette for many years at Motorola. She always had passion in what ever she did - and would take the time to work with you on her beliefs. Paulette - you will be missed, and surely not forgotten. It is now time for you to rest.

I worked for Paulette for only one year. I always remember the great support and help she give us. She is a leader I can reach and get help any time, whatever day or night. I am so sad to hear this bad news and even can not believe it is true.

Paulette was a wonderful colleague and a wonderful person. She gave her best in everything she did, always with enthusiasm and a smile. We'll miss her very much.

Paulette, my friend, I'll miss your enthusiasm and warmth and the joy you felt for your extended family that spilled over into the rest of your life. You have left us much too soon.

I am sorry to hear of this. I remember Paulette from Wells High School, I was in the Class of 72 with her sister Terry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I worked for Paulette for only half a year. Though it was a short period of time, I had come to love her and respect her and build a special bond with her. I always admire her for unendless energy for her work, her loyalty to Motorola and her love for her children. I have not met anyone like her, with a heart as big as hers. She will definitely be missed by all of us who know her. God Bless.

Paulette was my son's soccer coach about 8 years ago. She was so patient and kind. While the other boys were kicking the ball all over the field, there was my son(who had ADD and we didn't know it then) checking out the blue sky. Paulette coached him two seasons so he could earn his trophy and she always made him feel important and part of the team. We kept in touch mainly with our annual Christmas letters, and believe me, mine could never match the stories and pictures she included. She was an inspiration with her generous giving of her time and talents to so many....My mom always told me that it isn't what you leave behind when you die....money is spent, jewelry can only go to a few, etc,...but it is the memories you leave behind that makes you never forgotten. Paulette has left us with so many wonderful memories.

I worked with Paulette a few years and I could learn a lot with her... she is so special! God bless.

I worked for and with Paulette a number of years. I will remember Paulette for her love and kindness that she displayed and the kids she helped in life. She always had time to listen to my feelings no matter what was in her busy schedule.

Some of my best memories as a kid was getting to spend the weekend at Paulette's house. She would let us do anything-- played games with us, took us to movies, she let us "cook" her dinner -- we laughed and laughed. She was so kind and loving. Although I haven't seen Paulette in many years, those memories are still fresh in my mind. God bless.

I have known Paulette for 11 years both professionally and personally. As my manager she taught me many lessons. One that stands out most in my mind was to always take the high road in an argument. She taught me that through understanding the baggeage I bring to the argument will help me find the joint/mutual agreed solution. She lived her life in this fashion of always being optimistic of the outcome. She truly was one of a kind....Paulette, I'll miss you dearly.

Paulette will be missed tremendously. My prayers are with her family. She was one of the most altruistic individuals I have ever met. Her energy and generosity knew no bounds.
