I worked for Paul at Saunders & Co in Joliet, Il in the 70's. He was a great boss and friend. My sympathy goes out to his son. He will be missed.

I met my Uncle Paul for the first time at our family reunion. I did not know him well but he seemed like a very nice fellow and from all the entries here I'm assuming I was correct. I wanted to know him better but time did not permit it. Jay and Cheryl, Scott, I pray that you find solace in knowing there's no more pain for him. You are all in my prayers.

Paul was extremely instrumental in the recovery of someone very near and dear to me. Without his help I'm not sure where this person would be nor what more I would've been able to do on my own. Paul was a very calming and inspirational influence as well as a good friend. My only regret is my inability to spend more time with him. I hope this message brings comfort to those who will share his loss most closely. He was a very special man.

Paul was a kind man and a great neighbor! Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this difficult time. We will be out of town Saturday morning but we will be thinking of Paul, his family, and Scott all day.
