News Death Notice
GABBARD, Paul Paul Gabbard, 59, of College Corner, Ohio, formerly Hamilton, passed away May 9, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted father and grandfather, he is survived by his son, Paul; granddaughter Cristin (and her mother Michelle); former wife and friend Tammy Gabbard; and siblings, Edward Gabbard, James Gabbard, Charlotte George, and Chris Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother Earl Gabbard and parents Edward and Hazel Gabbard. A lifelong Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan, Paul graduated from Edgewood High School in 1973. He worked as a senior draftsman at Square D from 1976 until 2002 and studied at ITT. He was employed by Miami University in Oxford as a supervisor in the building grounds department. Visitation Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at Ivey Funeral Home and Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, Ohio, with a service to follow at noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. For funeral information, please call (513) 895-3278.

I really miss Paul. He was like a brother and best friend. We had so much fun together going out to movies, eating lunch together and just sharing our lives. He was a special person to me.

Paul "Gabby"......May you rest in peace in the gates of heaven. I worked with him for over 6 years at Square D, And always laughed and had good fellowship. He was very proud of his family, and his accomplishments. It was a great pleasure to know you my friend. I'm sure you're in a better place! You will be missed.

Paul was my best friend and we shared many laughs and happy times together. He had a beautiful heart and cared so much for his friends and family. I am so blessed to have had him in my life. I will never forget you "Peepaw",love you and miss you so much...your allways in my heart.

It has been many years, but I do remember Paul as a fine person and fellow employee during our time together at Square D.
