Bill and the entire Elward family,

We are terribly sorry to hear of the passing of your father, Paul. He was an imposing figure to us as we were growing up, and a true role model to all who knew him. He was truly a dedicated father, supporter, congressman, judge, and public servant. He will be missed most by those who knew him, but he will be missed by all.

Dear Elward Family,

My sincere condolences to you on your loss. I am sorry I was not able to attend the wake or funeral as I was out of town. Mr. Elward was such a great supporter of St. Jerome's - I especially remember he was always at the football games, supporting the team on....brings back a lot of good memories....thank you.
