Palumbo, Patrick V. age 86, US Army Veteran, former long time resident of Norridge, devoted husband of Marie (nee Melillo), beloved father of Anthony, Jim (Nancy), and Bob (Jackie), loving grandfather of seven, and great-grandfather of three, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday, March 5th, beginning at 8:30 a.m. from Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, and proceeding to Divine Savior Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Past President of the Norwood Park Township Democratic Organization and former Norwood Park Township Highway Commissioner. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Advocate Hospice, c/o Advocate Charitable Foundation Dept. 21058, PO Box 4556, Chicago, IL 60680-8749 would be appreciated.
