O'Malley, Patrick J. beloved husband of Cynthia (nee Nagel), loving father of Tom (Kelly), Jason (Angie) and Brian O'Malley, dear grandpa of Jacob Tyler, son of Mary and the late Raymond O'Malley, fond brother of Maureen (Bruce) Nagel, Alice (Ed) Kochaney and Toni Prusick, brother-in-law of David (Dorothy) Nagel, Denise (Mark) Bozyk and Paul (Jill) Nagel, dear uncle of many nieces, nephews and two great-nephews. Funeral services Saturday, March 13, 2004, 10 a.m., at Szykowny Funeral Home, 4901 S. Archer Ave. (1 bk. East of Pulaski at Szykowny Blvd.). Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
