Pat will no longer be afraid of the dark because he is in the light of the Lord. His stuggle is over while ours is just beginning. Patrick was always a special sort of guy. My fondest memory of "Patti" goes back to when he was about 9 years old. He always played the part of the tough guy when he and Billy would run through the house, in one door, out the other, with grandpa's hat on and a plastic sawed off shotgun. He was a charmer even then. I know it was hard for Pat to leave us but he's in a grand place now. Prayers and God's blessings to all who loved and cared for him during his long illness and throughout his life.

Pat,

I remember when we were kids, hanging around in your parent's backyard on South Shore Drive, those big turkey dinners, and crowds jostling to play "Heart and Soul" on the piano. I remember when you and Bill were the big guys at South Shore High, and it was nice to recognize a relative's face. It doesn't seem fair, and I'm sad to hear you're gone.

Your cousin--Aunt Alice's oldest girl,

Nancy James
