Patrick Kiely Obituary
Patrick James Kiely, 65, died peacefully surrounded by his family on August 8, 2021. He was a devoted husband to Cathleen, nee McCarthy, for 31 years; loving father to Nora; beloved son of the late James and the late Marguerite Kiely; cherished brother of Maureen (Ray) Hughes and Marichris (Terry) Takash; loved son-in-law of the late Patrick and Eileen McCarthy; treasured brother-in-law of Patrick (Bobbie) McCarthy, John McCarthy, Carol (Kevin) Burgess and Ann (Brian) Leach. Patrick was a loving, faithful Godfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Visitation Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at St. Jerome Church, 2823 S. Princeton Ave., Chicago from 3:00 p.m. until time of funeral mass 5:00 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the University of Illinois Pediatric Oncology program at https://hospital.uillinois.edu/about-ui-health/giving.
