Jesernik, age 89, Army Veteran, beloved husband of the late of Helen Rita Jesernik (nee Daley); loving father of John (Candy), Robert (Jeanne) and the late Patrick Jesernik Jr.; dearest grandfather of Jeffrey (fiancé Kate), Julie (Kevin) Kurtis, Zachary, Brandy (Damian Guerra), Cody (Ashley) and Dylan Jesernik; proud great grandfather of Olivia, Benjamin and Colfax; dear brother of Jane, Edward (Diane), the late James (the late Theresa) and Thomas Jesernik; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday 9:00 A.M. until time of Funeral Service at 10:00 A.M. at Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St. Orland Park, IL 60462. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Funeral info: 708-429-3200.
