Patricia Spangard Obituary

Spangard, Patricia Schoepko 56, of 8405 Kinsale Court in Clemmons, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at her home. She was born March 15, 1948 in Evanston, IL. Mrs. Spangard was an avid gardener, bird watcher, cat lover and artist. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Mrs. Spangard was preceded in death by her parents John and Verna Schoepko and a sister, Maryann North. She is survived by her husband, Bob Spangard; a son, Matt Spangard and wife Lori of Charlotte; two sisters, Janet Didier and husband Frank of Morton Grove, IL and Mary O'Leary, of Minneapolis, MN and her father and mother-in-law, Robert and Genevieve Spangard of Sun City Center, FL. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. Burial will follow in Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family will receive friends after the ceremony. Memorials may be made to Forsyth County Animal Shelter.
