Patricia Sheehan Obituary

Sheehan, Patricia A. Age 81, formerly of Chicago's Canaryville neighborhood. Born March 18, 1933 in Chicago to the late Catherine "Kitty" (nee Strohmaier) Hurley. She was employed for many years at Mercy Hospital in Chicago and Little Company of Mary in Evergreen Park, from where she retired. Beloved sister and best friend of Theresa (the late Robert) Clarke; cherished aunt of three generations of nieces and nephews. She was always their BEST FAN in whatever endeavor/sport that the nieces or nephews participated in. She loved the White Sox. She was loved and will be missed by all. Preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, William Hurley, Catherine "Kate", John (the late Bro) Fogarty, Joseph Hurley and James (Evelyn) Hurley. A former parishioner of St. Gabriel's and St. Gall's parish in Chicago and Holy Family parish in Shorewood. Funeral Services for Patricia "Patsy" A. Sheehan will be held Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. from Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet to Holy Family Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
