Patricia Milligan Obituary

Milligan, Patricia "Patsy" (nee Whitwham), of Barrington, IL, formerly of Sleepy Hollw, IL, died peacefully at home on Sunday, October 23, 2005, enveloped in the loved of her eight children, Michael (Norene), Tim, Molly, Casey (Elizabeth), Annie (Cliff), Chris, Maureen (Bill) and Peter (Carol); nine grandchildren, Shawn (Diane), Kevin, Brendan, Jack, McKenna, Reilly, Amy, Madeline and Rylan; also three great-grandchildren, Emily, Harrison and Colin. Patsy was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and was a graduate of Mary Manse College. She was married to Jack Milligan for 50 years. He died October 27, 1997. An accomplished educator, poet and columnist, her writings appreared in more than 150 newspapers and publications. She served pitchy punch lines garnished with humor until she left the table.
