Patricia Flynn Obituary

Flynn, Patricia was born January 5, 1934 in Chicago to Edwin T. and Virginia (nee Newell) Wood. She died Sunday, May 28, 2006 at her home surrounded by her children and her dear sister Virginia. Mrs. Flynn was an Administrative Assistant for High School District #214 at Arlington High School and Wheeling High School for over 16 years before she retired. Her survivors include her children Thomas Flynn, Faith (John) Dussman, Dr. Mary Flynn, Edwin (Linda) Flynn, Susan (Robert) Juozitis, James (Carey) Flynn and Megan (Shane) McCarthy, her 15 grandchildren Maura and Clare Dussman, Katelyn Moase, Kevin, Maggie and Tricia Flynn, Matt, Dom and Brian Juozitis, Ryan and Connor Flynn, Cara, Kelly, Thomas and Bridget McCarthy, her sister Virginia Fox. The family would like to extend a special thanks to her doctor Dr. Steven Geller. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband James J. Flynn, her parents and her brother Edwin T. Wood. Visitation Wednesday from 1 until 9 p.m., at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (4 blocks South of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home, to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL.
