D'Anza, Patricia Ann

Patricia Ann D'Anza (née Heft), 94, of Schaumburg, IL, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born September 4, 1931, in Chicago to Henry Heft and Lillian Coyne, Patricia lived a life defined by faith, family, and resilience. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Sam D'Anza; daughter, Mary Jo Hanrahan; brother, Henry Heft; and sister Jacque Christofolo. She is survived by 2 sons, 2 sisters, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Patricia will be remembered for her, quick wit, love of travel, and devotion to family gatherings, holidays, and traditions. Her warmth and love touched all who knew her. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 333 South Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172. Prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 9:15am at the funeral home process to Holy Archangels Parish at St. Matthew Church 1005 E. Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg, IL. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's name to Holy Archangels Parish at St. Matthew Church.
