(DeBella), 66, July 26, 2023, known to many for her "larger than life," personality, her kindness, generosity, and dedication to all. Dearly beloved wife of the late Edward Carey; devoted mother of Angela (Richard) Watts, Paula Carey and Joanna (Antonio) Carey; loving grandmother of Lillian, Arianna, Audrey, Nicholas, Natalie and Edward; fond daughter of the late Michael and Sharon DeBella (Christenson); dear sister of Dora (James) Kwak, Phillip (Mercy) DeBella, Michael (Rachel) DeBella, Maria (Dan) Ortiz, and Diana DeBella; cherished aunt and friend of many.
The family will receive friends at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Monday, July 31, 2023, 9:00 a.m., at chapel, to St. Nicholas of Tolentine Catholic Church, 6200 S. Lawndale Ave. Chicago for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christan Burial. Cremation following.
