Preceded in death by husband, Eugene; and brother, Roman Smulka Sr.Survived by sister-in-law, Olga Smulka; nephew, Roman Smulka Jr. (Janet); nieces, Kwitka Karpiak, Martha Anderson, Christine Hiera (Mike) and Luba Smulka; grandnieces and nephews, Tanya, Tony, Maya (Mike), Andrew, Katie, Matthew and Julie; great-grandniece and nephews, A.J., Maria and Cruz; and family in the U.S., Canada and Ukraine.
