I just heard about Norm's death. I knew him when he was a security guard at Hyde Park Federal Savings back in the sixties and was able to see firsthand what a caring and lovely man he was. My condolences and prayers are with his family and friends.

Norm, I remember meeting you over 30 yrs ago. when you and Joe were partners. We talked and saw each other thru the years. You were always such a fun guy. That laugh of yours. It always put a smile on my face..You were such a kind, wonderful caring person. Always thinking of others. I will always, always remember your sweet caring phone calls. You would call me while I was receiving chemo and radiation. We would talk. You always put a smile on my face. I thank you for all the conversations. I thank you with all my heart for being my friend. You are now in heaven with god and the angels. Rest in peace, Norm. We love you and you will be greatly missed by all of us. Thoughts with all of the family. While I knew Mr. Dewhite, we were not the closest. But what I can say is that the times I did spend with him and Steve were very memorable. He always spoke with such conviction and truth. A mans man no doubt.

May the memories of joy and laughter from a shared past carry you through your sorrow.

To the family and friends:
The patriach Jacob grieved over the loss of his son. He expected to grieve until the day he died. Like Jacob, you may feel that the pain of losing a loved one is so deep that it will never go away. Does such intense grief necessairly indicate a lack of faith in God? Definitely not! Just like Jacob was a man fjll of faith. That's why we have to have or show faith that we have in Norman. We will
see him again.
Thank you,
Sharon
