My sympathies go out to the Favero family. Nino gave me my first real job while I was at Fenger High, at his 111th Street store on the hill. I have lots of memories of those years 59-60. Especially the counseling he gave me during my parents divorce. May he rest with our Lord in Peace

My deepest condolences to a family who gave me my first job in high school in 1978. I remember working with Nino when the place opened in Alsip IL after working in Matteson. A truly special family who were always so caring

Dear Mary and Family
My deepest sympathy and love.
Ever since I can remember, 67 years now, I remember sitting on Giuditta's kitchen floor playing with Tippy and Nino throwing me in the air while I screamed with delight. He will always be in my memory.
Love, Marilyn Gartelmann Quiroz

To the Favero family, my deepest sympathy for your loss.
Through my job I am an acquaintance of Tina who has never met Nino. She always talked highly of her family and father who raised a wonderful lady.

To all of the Favero Family, my deepest sympathy. Your dad was a legacy to everyone who knew him. The Birr family had some great times at Nino's Pizza in Matteson back in the 70's and 80's. Still the best pizza around. Nino is with many family and friends in Heaven now.

The Favero Family:
Many years ago (mid 70's), our family moved to Matteson (Applewood Manor) and your pizza place was like a home away from home. I remember visiting with my father and watching Nino and my dad enjoying conversations. He was a truly kind man and I will always remember those visits. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.
