Dear Dr. Scarmella:
I was looking for another notice when I came across this one and I had to say a few words. You took care of my Mom, Ruth Abel until she passed away in 1980. I will never forget your most compassionate heart and my mother just thought the world of you. My deepest sympathies on the loss of your wife and your children's mom. She is in God's paradise and most likely one of HIS best angels. God bless you all and thank you again for being such a wonderful doctor to my mom. Sincerely, Cathy Abel

Dr. Scarmella and family:
My condolences to you and your family during one of the most trying times of our lives.
Remember one thing that death is a celebration of life and that Ninas life will be portrayed through your love. It always hurts at first but remember as time goes on and we understand what life and death are about that pain will diminish.
