To the Sherman family, my deepest condolences. I am sorry I was not aware of Nellie's passing. I will remember her fondly as a bright light with a shining smile. Pleasant, always with a kind word. I remember her making the trip to see her sister Avis (my grandmother) on numerous occasions when I knew it pained her physically to do so. But she came anyways, again and again. Those visits meant allot to Avis. Most of all, I will remember Nellie's smile. For it was always there and without thought or decision, she made you smile back. She will live on in our hearts for as long as we choose to remember. Hold those memories close.
May God bless and comfort your family in this time of sorrow and loss.
With sympathy, Larry Fowler
(Grandson of Avis & Fremont Manchester)
