Nancy Sparing Obituary

Sparing, Nancy Annette 83, retired Insurance Administrator of the-Circuit Court of Cook County, Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 25, 2008, at Longevity Home Care in Placentia, CA. A resident of Fullerton, CA for 15 years, her previous home was Hillcrest Senior Condominiums. Born Nancy Annette Yandle in Buffalo, NY, she was a resident of Clayton, NY until she married and moved to Chicago, IL, where she lived for most of her adult life. She worked for the Circuit Court of Cook County for 16 years before retiring to Fullerton to be near her grandchildren. She was a proud member of the Fullerton Elks Lodge #1993. She is survived by her sister, Alice Perona, her children Eugene J. Sparing, James B. Sparing and Marcie A. Gabriel, and her grandchildren Gregory, Christopher and Amanda Gabriel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge James L. Sparing and her brother, Eugene C. Yandle. A memorial service and interment will be held Saturday, June 14, 2008, 11 a.m., at Cedar Park Cemetery, 12540 S. Halsted St., Calumet Park, IL, 60827, (773-785-8840). Donations may be .made to The American Lung Association (212-3l 5-8700) www.lungusa.org.
