Well Nanc: The years have passed swiftly- a lot of changes in this world and a lot of losses to those of us still awaiting seeing you again. Almost 17 years without you but you are missed and as my night goodnights are sent to all of our loved ones, you are right there and like now thoughts of you ponder through my years. Looking forward to seeing you when I get called back.

Zak said it best, Aunt Nanc will always be young and beautiful - 57yrs old and still having the time of her life - looking down on all of us, watching over us. I just said to mom on Saturday, I wish dad was here to see this --- I would never want dad or Nanc to have to go through all of that pain again. Changed the pictures in the living room - your's is no longer the 15 year picture from Tony's wedding, but, a nice one of you (pre-Willie) fishing - holding up a fish - must have been a winning-hall. Yesterday was Daytona - Donnie would not even turn it on - Its been a rough year for everyone, as you know, from the amount of friends and relatives that have joined you recently. It's been a year since you left us, Nancy, and I miss you more than ever. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, and remember special moments we shared, especially during the last few months of your life. Thank you for appearing in my dreams a couple of weeks ago, and for your laughter which still rang in my ears when I awoke. EULOGY FROM NANCY'S FUNERAL SERVICE,
GIVEN BY HER IDENTICAL COUSIN BOBBIE

I was supposed to be named "Nancy," I’m told,
but then Nancy was born,
and I guess my mom decided there couldn't be two of us.
Yet we've always been "identical cousins all the way":
from our childhood,
spent often at Grandma and Grandpa's house,
playing with our sisters and with Jinxie
and going on fun-filled adventures with Uncle Richie and Auntie Rita,
to staying at each other's houses during summer vacations,
playing from sun-up to sun-down at Sherman Park,
talking and giggling in bed at night until we fell asleep,
through our turbulent teenaged years,
and on into adulthood.....

Growing up - and growing older - with my cousins
has been like having four more sisters, four more friends.
And for all her goofiness, and through all her problems,
Nancy has always been special.
Maybe it’s because she was born on Valentine’s Day,
maybe it’s because she never thought too highly of herself,
but, whatever the reason, Nancy’s always been a sensitive soul;
she’s always had a heart of gold.
No matter how bad off she might be,
she’d literally give the shirt off her back
to someone worse off than she.

It's been years since we've seen each other but Nancy and your family is a big part of my childhood memories.(63rd St) My heart and prayers are with you in this time of loss. When we were little Nancy was my best friend. I'll always remember her.
