The Car Doctor of North Town Auto Service
Moon Soo Lee passed away peacefully after a yearlong battle with cancer on Nov. 23rd in his Northbrook home, aged 64. He was born on Nov. 20, 1957. Moon was the owner and "Car Doctor" at North Town Auto Service in Northbrook. He is survived by his loving wife Bong Sook and his 2 children: Jessica and Christopher. In heaven, Moon is warmly reunited with his mother Byun-Moon and father Hun-Don. He is survived by his 4 siblings. Funeral visitation is Monday, Nov. 29 at 6:30pm at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home in Niles.

Mr. Lee helped keep all of our families' cars and company vehicles on the road for years. He was always able to squeeze us in, and there would always be a smile on his face when we got to his shop. He was full of life and really enjoyed seeing his customers as well as the people he worked with. Mr. Lee will be missed.

Dear Lee family, I am so sorry for your loss. I've known Moon for over 20 years as he helped me keep many cars on the road. He was never bashful about letting me know it was time to retire an old car. He was a pleasure to do business with and would help you out if you had an urgent need. His dry subtle sense of humor was something that set him apart. I like to think he is in heaven drinking coffee and having lively discussions with with judge John Stamos. I will remember him always.
