Founder and owner of the famous "Miomir's Serbian Club"; Editor of the political satire newspaper "Cicak"; Fervent anti-communist and a true Serb with a big heart; Miomir will be most remembered, however, for his support of hundreds, if not thousands of refugees coming to these shores in search of a better life. Miomir identified with their struggle dedicating his life to causes that supported freedom, democracy and liberty, the ideals he upheld throughout his life. A polished orator and gifted writer, Miomir never weared of promoting the Serbian cause and human rights everywhere. His many accomplishments included numerous achievements and honors as well as business success. Miomir will always be recognized as a leader in the Serbian community here and abroad.
