Michael,
Since I only had big brothers I took you on as a little brother. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able to tell a male what to do and not do! LOL! I also thank you for all the goofy, little boy things you did that would either make me laugh or make me SMH!
I am so happy we had the chance to reconnect before God welcomed you back to your heavenly home. Did you know that your mom's caramel cake was also my favorite cake? I tried to learn from her how to make it like her but never got it! She was my other mother! Give her a big hug for me. And give my Mother, my Dad and all my siblings a big hug for me!
Rest in eternal peace,Michael!
I'll be loving you, always!
Your cousin,
Evette
To my family...... May the Peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, be with you and comfort you through this now and forever!
I am keeping you in my prayers and ask that you keep me in yours!
With all my love,
Evette

Michael I know you would have been very very proud of your turnout today. It was so much love in the place. Your family and friends all had very good and funny memories of you. You know it was all about basketball. You can now rest in peace in heaven. You are gone but definitely won't be forgotten. You will live on in the memories of our minds and in our hearts. It was a pleasure and a blessing to know you. Love your forever friend ????????

Sheila and Carol, I would like to express my sincere condolences on the loss of your brother and one of my best childhood friends, Michael. My prayers are that God's mercies provide a level of comfort and peace during this very difficult time.
Even though I haven't seen you guys in over 30 years I still have great memories of the times we shared on a daily basis on the block, Congress-“Thirty-Three Hundred”. Those many memories were rekindled again, yesterday, when I saw you guys at the visitation.
Some of the most poignant memories was how Michael and the rest of the fellows (Ronnie & Bobby Miles, James Johnson, Robert Davis, Monroe, Eddie Dale and Glen Dawson) always played hoops in y'all backyard and on Spalding St. and how we played baseball at the field “aka” the Big S. I remember Michael was the keeper of all the good sports equipment, when he had to go home it all left with him. Maybe, just maybe because it was his…(Smile)
Those were great times, no worries, just hanging out having fun, going to school and playing sports.
May God's indelible blessings be upon you and the family…
Let's keep in touch, Michael Dawson

Uncle Michael I love you so much. I remember you telling me growing up "stop that crying girl it'll be ok". I thank you for every conversation, every word of advice and every great memory I have. I can smile because I know I have another person watching over me from above. You never know how much you miss someone until they're gone. Uncle Michael thank you for loving me unconditionally. My heart aches but I know you are in great hands. Tell both of my grandmas I love them, till we meet again .......
Love always your only niece Ronnie

What I remember most about Michael Ware is that we both went to the same High School - PSM and we have that same name Michael Ware. However, our middle names were different. In order to not confuse the 2 of us, people would have to say Michael C or Michael E. We also played Basketball. Michael E, my younger brother will be greatly missed. God's Blessing on his family especially during these difficult moments.

Uncle Michael words can't express how I feel right now. You would always tell me "stop that crying girl, it'll be ok". I know that you are safe, healed and free. I will cherish every memory I have of you. Thank you for every word of advice, and for always looking out for me. Tell grandma I love her. I feel better knowing there are two sets of eyes watching me from above. Love always your only niece Ronnie
