Morando, Michael A. age 46, died March 4, 2009, beloved son of Astrid (nee Ratasepp) and the late Michael L. Morando, loving husband of Laura Grant, dear step-father of Nicholas A. Grant and very special dad to Alyssa M. Grant, fond brother of Mark, Keith, Michelle and the late Laura (Paul) Schwertfeger, son-in-law of Ronald and Diane Ostrowski, fond brother-in-law of David (Connie) Ostrowski and Karen (Steve) McNabb, uncle to many nieces and nephews and nephew to many aunts and uncles. Employee of U.S. Postal Service. Visitation Friday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 24021 Royal Worlington Dr. Rt. (59), Naperville, IL. Interment private. Funeral service on Saturday, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorials to the Society for Melanoma Research, c/o Site Solutions Worldwide, P. O. Box 215, Burnt Hills, NY 12027. Laura,
No words can take away the loss and emptiness you and your family are feeling now. Mike was a friend to many and will be missed by ANYONE whoever knew him.I will always remember him helping me through my first few months at Fox Valley.....I was SO ready to quit but Mike gave me encourgament, hope and always a helping hand. I don't think I would of hung in if not for him. The world was a better place because of Mike and now heaven is blessed with "your angel". You are in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you in your time of sorrow and always.
