Mike was a good friend and always try to help someone. He helped to fix my car and provided advices of anything I had asked him.
I enjoyed been a company of him at all the time. I feel so sorry to miss him.

I had known Mike almost 10 years. Before I had met him, a coworker said succinctly, by way of an introduction, "Mike likes to talk." An understatement of massive proportions. Mike talked with anyone and everyone for extended periods of time.
Mike will be remembered mostly for his near encyclopedic knowledge of ANYTHING having to do with home maintenance and construction, car maintenance, firearms and other fields of endeavor that elude me now. That knowledge and expertise is how he made so many of our lives easier and reassuring, knowing he could and would fix what was wrong, and always charging a pittance. He loved to help people. Also, if he couldn't find a part at the store or on the internet, he could machine the part from scratch.
A true Renaissance Man of the post-industrial age, Mike was one of a kind. He will be sorely missed, not only for what he did to help those of us who were fortunate enough to know him, but for the talk. I will miss his talk.
