I met Michael while working at American Airlines at Chicago O'Hare.
I would see him often at the ticket counter. He was always very nice and was the easiest to take care of during OSO days at the airport. He was Executive Platinum and by the time I left AA he was at 22 million miles. He had bought an Air pass and when flights were cancelled and he couldn't go where he originally booked internationaly he would book to another country. I remember he was going to LHR and it was cancelled, I let him know, he said don't worry Glenda just book me to Tokyo and back I'll get out tomorrow night. He had it all figured out, he could shower at the club, sleep and eat on the plane.
He did a lot for charity and the church. He was a gentleman. I will miss him dearly

My mom knew Mike as family. I didn´t know him closely, but growing up, he always sent me the most beautiful pop up Christmas cards. He was always so kind and generous to think of my sisters and I. Peace to his family in this time of loss

I work for American Airlines and Mr Joyce was always friendly and kind to us. It was a pleasure to see him and assist him in his journey. May he rest in peace.

I remember Mike well from my years at Holy Name, and he was always generous with his expertise and pleasant presence. May he know God´s ease now.
