Michael Joseph Hughes, age 75; Beloved husband of Susan (nee Leyden); Loving father of Michael Hughes and Daniel Hughes; Devoted son to the late Theresa (nee Gilmartin) and the late Michael "Mickey" Hughes; Dear brother of Marilyn (Tom) Magdziasz, Theresa (Tom) Hebda, Kathy (Ralph Sanchez), Karen (Mark) Muench, Ellen (Earl) Morrissey, Joseph (Barbara), the late Geri, the late Daniel (late Maureen), the late Patrick, and the late John; Cherished uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend to many. Proud and beloved coach, administrator and/or teacher at Little Flower High School, Ridgewood High School, De La Salle Institute, SS Cyril & Methodius, and Our Lady of Guadalupe; dedicated salesman at Prudential. Graduate and devoted supporter of Northwest Missouri State University, De La Salle Institute, and St. Gabriel in Canaryville; longtime resident and fond member of old St. Rita parish and Queen of Martyrs parish.
