Scott, Paul, Barry & Jeffrey,
I worked for your Dad for over 20 years. He impacted my life and molded the way I do things, even 15 years after last seeing him. You lost a wonderful father. We lost a great friend.

Your dad was so very proud of all of you. I've known your dad for 35 years, of which he recently reminded me ! Mike started working with my husbands accountant , Jack Oberlander, whose business he eventually took over. I used to work with him on the books every month when he came to the business and yes I remember his curly hair.

It was neat how he caught up with us by also having four fine sons. I will miss him very much and I extend my deepest sympathy to you and your families. I finally got to meet all of you in person, I just wish it would have been under different circumstances.

We are sure you know how much he loved you. He spoke so highly of each of you all of the time. It was obvious that you were most important to him in his life. He was a true friend and advisor to us. We feel honored to have known him and as deeply as we feel his loss we cannot even begin to imagine the loss that you feel. Please know that we owe a great debt to him for everything that he did for us (both personally and at American Tank Inc.). If ever we can do anything for you, it would be both an honor and a privelege to do so. He truly was one of the greatest men we have ever met and he will be sorely missed.

We convey our condolences to Michael's family, whom we have not met except for their pictures in Michael's office. Michael was a loving, caring and sincere gentleman. He quickly became a friend to us, beyond business relationship, with his wise and insightful advise on the importance of family. We will miss him.

I have known Scott and Paul well for years - Michael has left a great legacy in his sons, and I so appreciate his having brought them into the world. I know that he will be missed dearly, but that he will continue to live on in the memories and hearts of all whose lives he has touched.
