Ammarell, Melissa Page Jaeckel
We mourn the loss of Melissa Page Jaeckel Ammarell who passed away February 16, 2022. Often described as a force of nature, Melissa was impudent, fun, funny and smart. She charmed fascists in Spain, graduated from Loyola Law School, clerked for Judge James Alesia, and was a loyal and delightful friend for 40 years.
Friends and family can contribute to an oak planted in her honor via Venmo @MelissaA-Oak. A dedication at the site will be held September 17.
