Max Barth Obituary

Barth, Max 91, beloved husband for 63 years of Esther (nee Doppelt, loving father of Roberta (the late Donald) Silvers and her significant other, Arnie Henry, Donna (Lew) Medintz and Sandy Barth, proud and loving grandpa of Cindy (Nate) Fineberg, Dr. Robert (Loren) Silvers, Steve (Rachel) Silvers, Scott (Emily) Medintz and Todd Medintz and great-grandfather of eight. Mr. Barth was a graduate of the University of Chicago and the University of Chicago Law School and was a Phi Beta Kappa. Max was an accomplished painter. He was a founding owner of Barth-Wind Furs and a golfer extraordinaire who once hit a lifetime hole-in-one. Private family services will be held.
