P.S. we only ate them because of all the love you put in them. Gosh it was a lot!!

Hi Mom I know it's been awhile since I wrote on your book. So much has happened since you been gone. You have lots more great grand children, their popping out slowly. But I know you spread your wings over all of us. So you see more then I know. I feel so lonely with you being gone. I wish you could haved stayed just alittle loner. Tell everybody I said hello. Hey Momma I know it's kind of late, yesterday was your great granddaughter Kacey birthday she turn 3 she so smart. I love her so much. I wish you could have gotten to really know her. Lil Layi has gotten so tall, we always knew he'd be smart. He might be the next president. Desire is also doing well, she misses you helping her with the yarn. Layi n Candace had to get a new car. I'm happy for them that their doing so well. I'm very proud of them. Guess what happen today... I'm gonna tell you anyway a toll truck brang me back my truck with a note he will be sending me my money back in two weeks. I pray to God that I can get it up and running, then I'll be able to go see you more. Liz came to see me she needsy help trying to keep somebody's kid in school. Good morning Grandma. I know you're pretty shocked to see me writing to you this morning. You know I always have to keep you on your toes. It goes without saying that you are missed. A lot has changed in my life since you've been gone and it's all been for the better. I got married on the one year anniversary of you departing from us. I wanted to turn that somber day into one of rejoice. I know that made you smile. I've moved my family to a really nice neighborhood and all of the children are doing so much better, at home and at school. I even reached number 17 out of over 6,500 agents in my company last year. I'm growing every day in the right direction and that's largely due to the values you instilled in me as a young man. I'm so happy that I took the time out to spend those moments with you before you left. They truly get me through these times now. Well, I'm on my way to my first client. Wish me luck ;-). I love you and I miss you. P.S. I know you've noticed that the Cubs will be starting Spring Training soon lol. I'll go to another game this year and cheer them on for you lol. Talk to you later.

today makes two years that my backbone my grandma mavis mitzi murph has been gone it is very hard on my me my mom and the rest of my family to get over nothing will ever be the same thanksgiving christmas new years etc nothing is the same i miss my baking buddy i miss her making coffee in the morning i actually miss her yelling at me at the end of the day she is finally at peace resting one day we will be reunited grandma i swear i better have a dozen of chocolate chip cookies when i see you i love you so much gma no one will ever take your place in my heart your my one and only grandma and i could have never asked for a better one than you (5/15/1929 to 11/17/2012) i love you with all my heart

But i just got a job today and i am in school grandma!! i don't do drugs anymore or drink alcohol and i haven't smoked a cigarette in a month and a half!!! To God be the Glory for all the great favor that i have been getting. Yes granny i finally let all your words that have been written in my heart finally set in!!!!! grandma your words have gave me great encouragement!!!
