Mary Weed Obituary
Mary Weed, 91, of West Sunbury died at 3:10 p.m. Saturday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born March 7, 1915, in Butler County, she was the daughter of John and Sophie Kolch.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Dorothy) Hoeltzer of Chicora and Mrs. Wayne (Barbara) Freedline of West Sunbury; a son, George Allen Weed and his wife, Pat, of West Sunbury; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Albert Weed, who died June 27, 1999. A granddaughter also preceded her in death.
WEED - Services and burial for Mary Weed, who died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006, were private.
Arrangements were handled by the Young Funeral Home, and information is available at www.youngfuneralhomes.com.

I,m sorry to read about Minky,s death. I remember visiting her and George while we where at Gramma and Hoot Anthonys house many years ago with my parents, Regina and Frank Anthony. My sympathy to all.
