It is only in the last few days that I was thinking about your family. What a shock when a search turned up the death notice. It has been a long time since we saw each other: at least since when my mom died about 12 years ago. So sorry for your loss. It has been a long time and I remember what a great friendship your mom and mine had since college. Hope that all else is well.

Dear Mr. Kennelly, Laura and Leah -
On behalf of my mother Mary and the entire Philip E. Ryan family, I send our sympathies on the loss of your loving wife and mother, Mary. She was the epitome of graciousness and a most generous woman. Her beautiful smile would radiate any room she walked into and she will be missed by all who knew who her at B.C.C.
May the memories of your happiest years sustain you all during this time.
Respectfully,
Maureen E. Ryan

The sweetness and kindness of Mary will be greatly missed by all the people at Avondale. Our Monday bridge games were special to me, and I will miss her for the rest of my life.
