Dear Family of Mary Fitzingo,

I knew her about 20 years. She was a very dear friend and we wrote all the time. We were close friends , my husband her husband were veterans and always talked about WWII. We also went to Sokol camp a lot and the SLovak AA. I called and found out the very sad news when I didnt hear from her. So very sorry for all of you. She was a beautiful person and I miss her greatly. Ann Polak and Family

I remember going to grandma's house in the summertime. it was always lots of fun. Every morning we had to choose our cereal from the variety pack of cereals that she bought. For lunch it was usually white castle hamburgers and dinner was always homemade. An you never left grandma's house without a loaf of poppy seed bread and almond bread. Thank you grandma for all the memories and for your kindness. I will miss you.

Goodbye Grandma, you will be missed. You will also be remembered and I shall share with my kids some of the things that Great Grandma used to do.

The funeral was beautiful and it was nice to visit Chicago again.

Rest in Peace.
