Marv was the essence of grace, resolve, wit, and devotion. He set the standard for care and compassion for all other husbands. I'll miss him.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Marv Scadron, upon the loss of this dear man. Though I did not know him too well, he seemed like the best husband a woman could ever have. We are particularly saddened for his dear wife Laura right now. Marv was also a man of principle and compassion. He was the epitome of quiet leadership. He will be greatly missed by friends and acquaintances.

My most sincere sympathy to the Scadron family. Marvin was a very special person and friend. He seemed always able to find the time to help others—and to help them see a positive way to deal with problems. I will miss him greatly.

Marvin was the quintessential gentleman. A loving husband, a loving father, a great friend to those of us who felt we were kindred spirits. I will always remember him as one of the hardest workers and one of the most cheerful people to be around even when things were bad. He was the perpetual optimist. I loved him dearly and will miss him.
