Today I called the office to speak to Dr. Goldman;I hadn't heard of his passing. Since 1981 he has cared for members of my family. When I was told he passed away, I was shocked & very sad. He was such a kind, caring & thoughtful person. I shared this sad news with my sons who also thought the world of him. Our condolences to his family, Dr. Gorski & the Wee Care staff. We will miss him.

We were shocked and saddened to hear about the passing of Dr. Goldman. He has been my son and daughter's pediatrician since my son was born 7 1/2 years ago. When my son was 2 months old, he received his first set of shots, and developed a fever the next day. We were scared new parents, but Dr. Goldman was calm and reassuring and told us exactly how to handle our son's first illness. When Dr. Goldman called us the following morning to see how our son was doing and if we needed to bring him into the office (on a Sunday morning), we knew that we had found the right pediatrician for our children. Our prayers and deepest sympathies go out to his family. We hope they know how much Dr. Goldman has meant to ours.

My deepest sympathy to the Goldman family.
Marv & I were pediatric residents together at the University of Illinois Hospitals. He was always a very competent, gentle peditarician and person. We would run into each other periodically. I enjoyed my conversations with him reminising about old times. I last saw him in in August when I gave Grand Rounds at Lutheran General Hospital. We had a good time reminiscing once again. Dr. Goldman has been part of our lives for the past 16 years; it is almost unfathomable to think we won't see him again. He led us through some rather scary times as new parents (when my son seemed to catch every possible childhood illness he could), and was guiding us through this "adolescence" stage. Both of my chidren have always felt comfortable and safe in his care. He will be sorely missed by all of us! Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr. Goldman was the first doctor to see our daughter in the hospital when she was born - she's now 14 - and he is the only doctor she has known all her life. His kind, gentle demeanor won her trust over the years and I am so grateful for his care. He always took the time to speak to me directly whenever I called and I appreciated it so much. What a tremendous loss for all of us... May the Goldman family find comfort and peace through God's amazing grace and the prayers of all who loved this great man.

Dear Family of Dr. Goldman, like many before us, our family are deeply saddened by this unfortunate event. My daughter is 3 years old, so we still say she needs to behave otherwise her doctor would give her medicine or shots. It works very well. But my wife and I remember Dr. Goldman was one of the first visitors when my daughter was born at Northwest Community Hosiptal. From that day on, he and Dr. Gorski have been just outstanding. Our daughter is very healthy and we are very grateful for everything they have done in the last 3 years. Thank you Dr. Goldman! May peace and love be with your family.

There are no words to describe how sad we feel. We told our 6 year old daughter (her name is also Diane) that her doctor is now an angel, and she started to cry. She told us that she doesn't want him to be an angel. She wants him to stop running away and come back. We want all of you to know that Dr. Goldman was more than a doctor, he was a very dear friend, always there to help. He took very good care of our children for the past 6 years. We hope that he knew how much we appreciated him. His family will always be in our prayers.

It's with great sadness my family offers our condolences to yours. Dr. Goldman was a superior physician. It always amazed us how he was able, often with little information, to fully assess any of our daughters illnesses or conditions and so completely and accurately diagnose and describe what to expect(often day by day) for the course of the illness. Fulfilling his calling to be a pediatrician is one he could have not done more completely. It was obvious children's health had a place in his heart. It's amazing how one person's life touches so many. He is missed. The Pollastrini family

we had him as our childrens doctor for over 27 years. I was only 19 when our first son was born , and he was so calming for me as a very young and new mother. he will be missed so much. I will always respect such a great man.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Goldman. He was my kids' doctor for 18 years. I was always impressed with his calm demeanor. He was such a kind man. When my kids were babies, I remember calling quite often, and he always called back with such patience that was so comforting. We will all miss him. May God give his family comfort during this difficult time.

Dear Goldman Family:

We would like to express our sympathies for your loss. We only met Dr. Goldman this year as pediatrician for our first child. In only a handful of encounters it was apparent how committed, caring and professional he was. Great personality, certainly a calming influence on two brand new parents. He will be sorely missed. Once again our deepest sympathies.

Today we recieved a letter informing us about Dr. Glodman. We are very sad and our deepest condolences go out to the family. We first met Dr. Glodman in Jan of 2002. We were very happy and pleased with him and we decided to use him as our first child pediatrician. He was there for our first child and then our twins. Our prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family. Love the Nieves Family.

I am so greatly saddened about My favorite dr. He took care of my two boys for 26 years. My 18 year old is in college and has a rash. He called me right away to call Dr Goldman, no one else would do. He could never imagine going to another dr. He was so upset, he started to cry and we both remember all the wonderful things he had said and done for our family. Always so kind and never acted like any of my questions were stupid. He was so gentle and we will never forget him. We are so sorry.

Dear Goldman Family,

I am saddened at the passing of Dr Goldman. He was a wonderful, calm, gentle, always smiling pediatrician to our four adult children and one spouse (now ages 33, 32, 30, 27, and 23) and two of our grandchildren (ages 3 1/2 and 6 weeks). I had the privilege of attending some of the same professional seminars on breastfeeding as Dr Goldman. He always was supportive of our chosen way of nurturing of our children. He will be sorely missed by several generations of children, parents/guardians, and grandparents who are leading healthier, happier lives because of his expertise and caring.
With great respect,
Betty and Jim Crase on behalf of Stephanie, Jason, Allison, Vanessa, Angela, Jonathan, and Samantha
