Gadfly buzzes Deere meeting
Jennifer DeWitt, Quad City Times Feb 25, 2016
At age 88 or "double 8" as he calls it Martin Glotzer attended his first-ever Deere & Co. shareholder meeting last week. But he's certainly no stranger to corporate annual meetings.

I am so grateful to have known Martin. I met him at the Technology Innovation Center 10 years ago and have enjoyed communicating with him ever since. He was profoundly resourceful in his thinking and often quite humorous. A treasure indeed. He taught me insight into life and was eternally optimistic. He lives on through everyone who knew him. Thank you Martin.

I am very sorry to learn of Martin's passing. I enjoyed his attendance at VASCO's Annual Meetings. He was challenging, but respectful. He was always trying to help with introductions to possible prospects. He was a good man and I will miss him. Ken Hunt, CEO VASCO

I was very saddened to hear about the passing of your father. I fondly remember him as a young Rogers Park kid while visiting Jay at Winston Towers. The Winer family sends their most sincere condolences.

So sorry for your loss. I ran into Martin at a number of meetings, & he would often email his thoughts about certain companies to me. His insights will be missed. -Becky Yerak
