Martin,
You were a very generous man, and many Chicago not for profits are grateful for your giving spirit. Heartland Alliance benefited from your many years of leadership of the Home & Garden tour in southwest Michigan. Your legacy of generosity will live on through the many lives you touched.

Dear Martin, A marvelous, sweet, charming and bright treasure for the City of Chicago, all of his family, his many friends and anyone who had the honor to meet him. Deeply kind, incredibly giving, quietly humble and forever funny, such a loss to all that is integral and elegant to Chicago. Martin was an important aspect of all that makes Chicago, our community, unique and world class. A true platinum prince, my deep condolences to Nina, Darr and RV. You will be in my thoughts, prayers and tears on Sunday. Greg McFall, Hanoi, Vietnam
