Martin Brennan Obituary

Brennan, Martin W. "Bud" 85, formerly of Chicago, on Thursday, July 29, 2004, in Naples, FL, where he has resided since 1975. He and his brothers operated Brennan's Market on the South Side. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Fourth Degree, and taught catholicism and counseling at St. Ann Church in Naples. Mr. Brennan is survived by his wife of 61 years, Margaret M. (nee Earley); two daughters, Margaret Mary Togtman (John) of Northbrook and Mary Brennan Smallwood (Joseph) of Naples; two sons, Michael Modern Brennan and Martin William Brennan, both of Chicago; his grandchildren, Teresa Togtman (Peter Reinhofer), Judith Nusinow (Benjamin), Zachary Smallwood and Randy Bretweite; his brother-in-law, James Earley and by 45 nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Thomas and Patrick and by his sisters, Mary, Nora, Cecelia, Veronica and Florence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 14th, 10 a.m., at Queen of Martyrs R.C. Church, 10233 S. Central Park, Evergreen Park, thence to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth. Contributions made in his memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 3350 Woods Edge Circle, Suite 102, Bonita Springs, FL 34133 would be deeply appreciated.
