Martha Beall Obituary

Beall, Martha B. (Boulter) 84, of Williamstown, MA, and formerly of Kenilworth and Evanston, Illinois, died July 18, 2006, in Williamstown. She was born in Rochester, New York on October 7, 1921 a daughter of the Herbert A. and Leona (Tripp) Boulter. She attended schools in Rochester, New York and graduated from the West High School and attended the University of Rochester. She served as the secretary at the YWCA in Evanston and as the Director of Christian education at the North Minister Presbyterian Church. For 13 years she served as the director of Christian Education for the Kenilworth Union Church in Kenilworth, Illinois. She was an active member of the Kenilworth Union Church, a member of the PEO Assoc., member of the Kenilworth Neighbor Assoc. She was a member of the Girl Scouts of America and served on the regional board. She was a member of the parents program at the Joseph Sears School in Kenilworth. She moved to Williamstown, Ma. in 1989. member of the First Congregational Church of Williamstown, a. and was the director of churches pageants. She was a docent at the Clark Art Institute and a member of Knitting and Quilting groups. Survivors include her husband of 63 years: James Raymond Beall Sr. whom one daughter: Pamela Art and her husband Henry of Williamstown, MA, one son: James Raymond Beall Jr. of Glenview, Illinois, four grandchildren, three great-grandchilden, one brother: Bruce Boulter of Delta, Co. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Martha B. (Boulter) Beall will be celebrated Saturday, October 7, 2006, at 11 a.m., at the Kenilworth Union Church in Kenilworth, Illinois. Memorial Donations are suggested for the Martha B. Beall Children's Fund at the Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth, IL, 60043. Checks should be payable to the Kenilworth Union Church.

Martha was truly a lovely Christian woman, and I cherish the times I was able to visit with her. I appreciate the love she shared with my daughter, Childsy. Jim and all Martha's family are in my prayers.
