Marilyn Morelli Obituary

Morelli, Marilyn Margaret Born, September 4, 1942. Died, February 27, 2018. Daughter of the late Catherine and Frederick Morelli; sister of Mary, Michael, Fred and Madeleine; beloved mother of Katie, Wendy and Rick; grandmother of Jackson Thor and aunt to many. Preceded in death by Jack Caron. Born in Chicago, Illinois, graduate of Loretta Heights College in Colorado, became one of the few pioneering female commodities traders on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. Longtime resident of Hinsdale Illinois, she also resided in Riverside, Illinois and retired to her home on Clear Lake in New Auburn Wisconsin after the loss of John Dean Caron in 2012. Avid gardener, savvy trader of stocks, experienced horse rider and good with a gun. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, 1:00-4:00 p.m. visitation; Service at 2:30 Katherine Legge Memorial Lodge, 5901 S. County Line Rd., Hinsdale, IL 60521.
