Marie Rogerson Obituary

Mass of Christian Burial for Marie J. Rogerson, 94, of Marshall will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Denzil Vithanage officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home. Ms. Rogerson passed away Jan. 3, 2009, at Heritage House in Marshall. She was born July 12, 1914, in St. Louis, Mo., to Ludwig and Anna Dobernig. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Hudson and husband Alan of Shenandoah, and Rita Solie of Mapleton, Minn.; six grandchildren, Lisa M. Woodson, Kelley Seewald, Scott Hudson, David Hudson, Brian Solie, and Lura Solie; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ludwig and Anna Dobernig; husband, Francis Rogerson; daughter, Rose Mary Wilder; and a grandson, Eric Solie. Pallbearers will be David Zeigler, Bill Elliott, Doug Gardiner, Gene Roberts, Jarod Nenninger, and Gerald Duvall.
