Dear Chuck and Frank,

I was talking to Tom Meehan this morning when he mentioned your lose.

I remember Marie from many years ago when I would be at your house. She was always great to be around and from the other letters and notes she was that way all of her life.

May she rest in peace.

I never met Marie, but met a close friend of hers several days prior to Marie's passing. The friend told me what a fine woman Marie was, and how greatly she would miss her. Keep strong in your faith, and remember that a part of Marie will always live within you.

I was so sorry to hear about the death of your mom. I am traveling in Brazil and Mrs. Shanahan e-mailed me with the news of your mom´s death. I only met your mom once, but I admired her courage and faith. My prayers are with you and your family at this time.

To the Family of Marie Cody,

My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Mrs. Cody was my third grade teacher at St. Jerome School and I have fond memories of her.

My mother, Lorraine Bjorvik, was the school nurse at Jeromes for many years and I remember my Mom and our class giving a wedding shower for Marie.

Sadly, my Mom passed away on April 3, 2002.

Dear Sheila and other relatives of Marie,



Please accept my deepest sympathy for her death. She taught my children when they attended St. Jerome Grammar School. I will always remember her as not only a good teacher but the woman with the great smile and a twinkle in her eyes.
