MARIAN McCLAIN Obituary
Age 85, of Wexford, died peacefully at home on Saturday, October 20, 2012. One of 13 children, she was born in Phillipsburg, PA. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. McClain, whom she married on April 10, 1950 in Phillipsburg. Dear mother of Karen (Robert) Clinton, Mark (Deanna) McClain and Diane (Charles) Ruckert; loving grandmother of Nikki (Jason) Woolslare, Ryan McClain, Matthew (Lauren) McClain and Kory McClain; great-grandmother of Isabel, Scarlett and Connor; sister of Jean (Del) Lansbury of Tampa, FL; sister-in-law of Eileen McClain Schwab (Lou). Mame devoted almost the last 40 years to volunteering at UPMC Passavant Hospital, loved traveling and was a member of the Sealarks Club of Memorial Park Presbyterian Church. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the GEORGE A. THOMA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 10418 Perry Hwy., Wexford. Funeral services Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
