Maria was a spiritual mother to many, including my own mother. Some of my fondest childhood memories are those that include happy times spent with Maria and her big, loving family. Her strength was always inspiring and the joy she found in this life will certainly go on inspiring others. I feel fortunate to have been touched by her kindness, wisdom, and love.
During this difficult time of loss, I can only wish her family comfort and peace, knowing that they will meet again when paradise is restored for them.

Mom,
Oh Mom, I miss you so much. I know that you are sleeping but I really want you to wake up now. You were right that the end is at our doorstep. Guess what happened more terrorists but they blew up london.
You always knew the inside scoop. Dad really misses you so much. Dont worry I hug him and hold his hand every chance I get. Clemente misses you too. I love you and miss you a lot.
Always your baby, Cynthia.
